I enjoyed a wonderful stay in a Luxe Double Room that was both spacious and modern, featuring a unique glass wall between the bathroom and bedroom. The staff went above and beyond to make my visit memorable, providing personalized recommendations and a travel card for free public transport. However, I found it a bit challenging to control the room's temperature effectively, which could be improved.

The room's layout could use a rethink. the glass wall between the bedroom and bathroom is oddly intimate—not ideal for everyone. Pillows are a bit too heavy and hard for my liking, which isn't what you want after a long day of galactic travel. Lack of USB charging ports in the room felt behind the times since it’s a basic expectation for modern hotels, making it annoying when I had to hunt down an adapter.
